2014 Pinot Noir
Rich red cherry aromas. Velvety, well balanced mouth feel. Lots of rich Pinot character, luscious flavors of cherry intertwined with hints of vanilla in the mouth. Coats your mouth and has a long finish. Will age well. Serve with salmon with a brown sauce. Pairs with turkey and chicken.
Dijon and Elliot French clones

Highest Praise! Phyllis knows her fruit! Mary Elke's Donnelly Creek Vineyard in the Anderson Valley contributed to Phyllis's wine-making skills to make this excellent Pinot Noir. Once again proof that Women in Wine works!
